Angela Sinickas, M.S., ABC, has been the CEO of Sinickas Communications, Inc. since she started her consulting firm in 2000. A pioneer in the field of measurably successful employee communication, Angela Sinickas has been measuring the effectiveness of communication since 1981. She is the author of the manual How to Measure Your Communication Programs and over 150 articles in professional journals, including the Harvard Management Communication Letter. She has trained communicators in 32 countries and been an adjunct instructor for four universities.

Her firm was named Agency of the Year in 2015 by IABC for agencies of its size. She holds a BS degree in Journalism from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MS in Leadership from Northeastern University. She speaks Lithuanian, Spanish and a little German.
